The demand for “drying kilns” by a condensation heat pump system is increasing throughout the world! Thanks to the ecological way they work, and to the high level of drying quality, especially for hardwoods, the condensation drying machines using heat pumps are again becoming very popular, and having a worldwide resurgence. INCOMAC, are the world leaders for these type of drying systems. We have been supplying the “MAC Series” heat pump drying kilns for 37 years. The latest systems are the most technologically advance, offering a high drying performance with reasonable running costs. | NEW INCOMAC MULTIPROCESSOR MODEL EASY NEW |
INCOMAC introduces his new control device EASY NEW! EASY NEW is a totally automatic electronic multiprocessor, which allows the regulation and the display of all the parameters of the drying cycle and the contemporaneous possibility of controlling manually all the functions of the drying kilns through the same control panel.
It is possible to connect to a single one computer a maximum of 32 Easy New devices. This will make possible the printing and the saving of all the data of the drying cycle.
For any further information, Incomac's Commercial Office will be completely at Your disposal.

| INCOMAC OF MONTEBELLUNA – TREVISO |
1975 was a very important year for the whole world and not just for us at Incomac, which was established in August of that year: the American war in Vietnam ended. Of course we are not so vain as to compare our beginnings with such an event as peace in Indochina, but we are proud of our anniversary:
1975-2005, 30 historical years.
These have been thirty years of non-stop activity during which no less than 8,000 plants have been manufactured and installed worldwide.
At first Incomac produced just drying plants with heat pump: almost 200 in 1976 alone, the year of the first Concorde commercial flight. In 1977 the Italian politicians deigned to decide that it was the moment to allow colour TV also in Italy and to mint the 200 Lire coin. In the meantime Incomac was producing another 300 heat pumps.
In Japan in 1979, the first mobile phones were being made, which as everyone knows today have revolutionised our life.
Incomac continued to manufacture and sell just heat pumps until 1985, when it was decided to expand production to so-called “conventional” drying plants as well.
These are plants that use the heating and exchange of air rather than a cooling system, like the heat pump. Furthermore, the heating is achieved through boilers fed with waste coming from wood. The CD Rom was invented in that year and proved to be another important discovery for the modern world. The TELEX, however, was still being used. The mobile phone made giant strides forward, a sign of the great transformation in communication systems.
At the same time the DRYING PROCESS was undergoing important transformations with Incomac always to the fore: from a manual control of the cycle using timers and indirect control of the moisture content of the wood, we passed to the first electronic systems. The development was as fast as that of the mobile phone.
In November 1989 the Berlin wall fell and the fax was invented making the TELEX obsolete, while Incomac started its first experiments for a PC-controlled drying process. The first PC control was installed at a sawmill in Rome in 1988. We were followed and copied, but also spurred on by the new myriad of Italian and foreign competitors.
1990: the 500,000 Lire banknotes were printed. This was the result of the terrible inflation that has afflicted Italy for years. Fortunately in 2002 the EURO was brought in and a mass of coins and banknotes left by technicians and area managers in company funds disappeared. Incomac took advantage of the situation to restructure its organisation, passing from a mixed group of somewhat incompatible partners to a family-run business. It was the time for radical changes. The Sales Office was reorganised with new and old area managers and the Technical Office was strengthened with the insertion of another engineer. New and important investments were also made, such as: welding robots, waterjet-cutting machines, computerised folding presses and cutters. The aim was to bring the work delegated to outside firms, which were not always reliable, into Incomac.
Lastly, in 2003 our experience, studies and continual tests resulted in the creation of the most advanced software for drying process control to be found on the market. This software is called SOCRATES EVOLUTION, because it is the new, revolutionary philosophy of Incomac:
“with yesterday’s enthusiasm with today’s experience”.
In 2003 the 100,000,000th copy of the Guinness Book of Records was printed.
In 2005 Incomac has celebrated its 30th anniversary.
